We are a recently launched healthcare and protection insurance provider. As a specialist in our sector we have access to whole of market products at competitive prices.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional telesales person to kick start sales in 2011 by securing quality appointments with key decision makers in the Yorkshire/Humberside area and the M62 corridor for our senior salesperson.
This is an initial pilot for 15 hours over a four day period and we need to generate a minimum of 7 to 10 quality appointments from this work. If successful we will extend the pilot into an on-going project and continue to work with the successful freelancer.
We are looking for :
B2B Outbound telemarketing experience
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Experience in promoting insurance based products would be useful but isn't essential
Do you require the 4 day trial to be done over the course of one week, or say for example, over 2-4 weeks?
Lastly, do you have an existing database of contacts? I also act as a databroker and can offer quality, DMA approved business data, which includes decision maker names and emails at a very competitive rate and with a very low error margin well below industry standard.

I think it would be fair to say that I'd like the trial done in such a way that we achieve maximum success. If the winning freelancer feels that their work model is more effective over say a two week call cycle versus the three or four day one I've suggested then I'm happy to allow them to work in the way they deem to be more effective.
In terms of data I will discuss with the winner how they'd like to work - I have access to a couple of database sources and am looking into others. If the winner feels that they have or can access a resource that will assist in making more/better qualified appointments for my business then again I'm prepared to be flexible on budgeting for this.
