UI/HTML/JQUERY Expert needed

Hi i need a page which needs to be freshened up, made to look more interactive especially with the use of Jquery, also some rearranging of design elements. For instance we need users to be able to comment on a status message similar to Facebook. All that needs to be done is the GUI, the coding is already done.

I need someone with good html skills and a good eye for design.

What needs to be done is;

We have a textbox where a user can update their status similar to facebook or twitter. we need the ability to add photos and links. Please look at the facebook user profile page to see what i mean. A user can add a photo or link we want the same functionality. I am referring to the options above the "Whats on your mind"

Users should be able to comment on a status update, also similar to facebook please check how they do it, we want the same exact thing.

Also a hover effect should happen here, so when a user hovers over it, it is highlighted.
Since a user can now upload an image, please show how this will look here.




I mean we want to give users the ability to do one of three things
1)A normal text status update.
2)A status update which includes an image.
3)A status update which includes a link.


I need it done quite urgently.
