B. G. on 23/06/2009 16:20Hi Adrianne
Any idea on total number of words that are duplicates? It makes a big difference to our bid.

G. S. on 25/06/2009 10:51Hi Adrienne,
Two points for clarification, please:
what is the split between the number of the first type of questionnaire and the second type, please?
does the first type of questionnaire contain only quantitative questions and responses (ie tick box selections) or is there free/user-generated text to translate as well? In case of the former, will the original questionnaire itself will require translation?
Any further detail you can provide will be helpful in preparing an accurate bid.
Thanks
Gillian
A. C. on 25/06/2009 15:32No idea of the number of word duplicates - sorry.
The split is half and half of the two types but most of the questions are open ended with a short response written in on the first type of questionnaire so the approx word count I gave is more reliable than the type of questions asked.
A. C. on 29/06/2009 17:47Once the bidder is accepted this project must be completed by 6th July at the latest.
B. G. on 30/06/2009 11:12Hi
We looked at the ES-EN questionnaire from your first bid (in May). In total, there are 900 words but 550 are the questions. that means 550 repetitions for each questionnaire and only 350 new. This would impact on the bid. Is this project similar? Or can you make an example available on the site for viewing?
Thanks
Brian
A. C. on 30/06/2009 11:43Hi,
Sorry I have no example for this project but it is similar to the last project but a different product discussed.
Thanks,
Adrianne
G. S. on 30/06/2009 13:10Hi
You say below that the project must be complete by 6 July at latest, but the closing date is 7 July....do you mean 6 August? Please clarify.
Thanks
