Training of Interns in Digital Marketing / Marketing and PR
I have four young interns and I would like to offer them hands on social media training. Each has a "project" that is a non-profit or charity, each needs to create the best strategy and timeline to promote these projects as they each launch a crowd funding campaign to support these worthy causes.
I think part lecture, part workshop to enable them to actually work on their projects is the best approach.
I have little idea what a good budget for the project might be and estimated a rough budget per hour as a guide only. I expect the total hours might be around 24-30 hours initially, with more depending on the quality and effectiveness of advice and training provided.
This is a 100% charity project, funded out of my personal pocket so please take that into account when pricing your services if possible i.e. any discount deeply appreciated.
I hope to kick off with a full day ONSITE in our offices at BANK station in Central London, but I would entertain the idea of Skype or other remote call-in type lecture. Remote training might be delivered as 4 x 2 hours sessions over 2 weeks with some 1-2-1 calls in between to go over details and ensure comprehension and effective progression of the campaigns.
I also require a number of small "sessions", mostly 1-2-1 with each Intern spread over a couple the next few months of their program. This may turn into and regular ongoing contract as our Social Media Strategy manager / trainer.
