Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
**Please note: 2/3 days of training on-site is required. Please only apply if you can complete this from our West London office.**
Hi,
We are an online based company who is moving the customer services team from an office in central London to home working.
We pride ourselves on our quality customer service, so please only apply if you are patient, compassionate, a good communicator and able to multi task. All calls and tasks will be monitored and tracked from our end to ensure quality. We will be providing you with a phone and English must be your first language.
The role is mainly incoming calls from customers, new and existing.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective handling of inbound telephone enquiries including:
Quote enquiries, assistance with use of the website, technical support and advice on the best possible solution for the customer's delivery needs
Effective handling complaints/dealing with issues in a timely and efficient manner
Effective handling of email enquiries
Making outbound follow up calls to build rapport with customers, close sales and increase conversion rates
Liaising with key stakeholders, including managers, customers and transport companies
The calls can be quite repetitive, but we need to make sure you can stay calm, (as some customers do not know the ins and outs of the internet) so can be quite frustrating as you can imagine as we are an online service.
Emails are part of the role too, so spelling and grammar must be up to scratch!
All training will be given from one of the supervisors, so we wouldn’t be throwing anyone in the deep end on their first day.
Must be upbeat, with a friendly and helpful telephone manner, ensuring each customer is left with a positive impression of our company.
The hours we operate are from 8am to 10pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 10am-6pm Sundays.
We are looking for people to cover the following hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
Opportunity for overtime is available in addition to these hours.
Please state the shifts you are available for.
**Please note: 2/3 days of training on-site is required. Please only apply if you can complete this from our West London office.**
Many thanks,
Kiara
