Three20 frame work applied to a pre-designed template

I would like a design template that I already have applied to the open source code of available called three20.

I would also like this to be done so we can publish this on the android platform.

I am happy to talk about budget, all the design template has been done.

I would then like the app uploaded to my dropbox account with instructions how I can change database criteria etc for multiple clients.

I have a number of projects like this and also complete new build projects that I am happy to work on continually withe the successful bidder.
