Temporary office work

Short term office freelancer vacancy in central Reading (2min walk from train station). Duties include data upload/entry and database/client communication. Candidates should be well presented, ideally situated close to central reading and posses good technical and communication skills. Initial term is estimated to be approximately a week, based at my home/office. IT, Marketing, Communications background would be advantageous.

This is a one off project consisting of mainly loading data onto a database and possibly contacting businesses in relation to those entries/record. Each record consists of a total of 50-60 fields, including the resizing of 1-5 images and the latitude/longitude corresponding to a location (using google maps). It should take an average of less than 5min per record and on that basis we are looking to pay a freelancer £85 per 100 records. There are approximately 250 records to upload which has to be done within a period of 5-7 days at my home-office in Reading centre.
