Telesales Manager needed

I am a small new business.

My business is Business solutions UK. I am looking to expand my business now and need a telesales manager to help me set up and be solely looking after the team.

This will be a commission based career, with commission generated from the sales that the telesales team make. The more sales they make, the more it will benefit you.

I need some one that is 100% reliable, hard working, and preferably with supervisory/managerial skills. You will also need to be able to do this remotely and have good computer knowledge and be able to work professionally at all times. Up to date computer packages are essential.

I have a company contract that must be signed with whom i take on for this role.

I will be passing on any CV\'s that I get for the telesales team directly to the telesales manager. He/she will be responsible for contacting these people and picking the very best to join our team. I will be responsible for paying them directly.

I am a very nice person to work for and i believe in helping my team/telesales manager as much as possible. This can be part time to begin with, and the more busier we get, it will turn into a full time position.

I want to create a team where it is slightly different to all telesales teams that are out there.
