Job Description
I run a number of one day workshops for directors of small companies and am looking for additional telesales people to work 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10-4pm or any hours in between that suit you. We send out e-mail shots and you can see who has opened them for you to follow them up to book people who may be interested onto the workshop. For more information go to www.fionahudsonkelly.com
The people attending the workhsop dont have to pay for it - its funded by the Government. We\'ve just got some new funding and we are looking to increase the number of telesales people we use.

To help me create my bid, can you give an indication of the level of bonus and at what point it is awarded?

F. H. on 21/03/2010 08:07Hi Sally
We pay an hourly rate of £9 per hour and from that we are expecting 1 booking for every 2 hours work. Additional bookings are paid at £10 a booking, We have been doing this internally for 6 months and on average we get 6 bookings from 4 hours work which would mean that you will get £36 for the 4 hours from which we expect 2 bookings so you wont get a bonus for them but you will then get £40 bonus on the additional 4 bookings so £76 for 4 hours work. Have a look at our web site www.fionahudsonkelly.com
S. E. on 18/03/2010 13:23Hello Fiona, yes info on bonuses would be very useful. Will the agent be using a CRM system as you mention that it is possible to see who has opened the email. Also would you be interested in having a team working on this. Thank you regards
Sue Ellen

Yes we use software that will show you real time who is opening and clicking through and these are the people that we want you to call a few minutes after they have opened the e-mail
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
