Telesales - Appointment Setting

I'd like an experienced telesales person for a web design company. We have a list of names and anticipate that this will be 3-4 hours work.
We have a script but we'd like someone who is professional, experienced & can get past gatekeepers. It would be great to have a natural, non scripted sound to the calls.
I'll send you a spreadsheet of names & numbers along with a script.
We need to have calls recorded please if possible.
Can we talk each day after you've done work to catch up.
We need email addresses of people also where possible if you can't get hold of them.
