Overall Role: We are looking to hire a Telesales Agent for our
Sales Team.
Key responsibilities for the Telesales Agent/ Telesales Executive are
• Lead generation for Pensions and investments.
• Setting appointments for Financial advisors by contacting consumers
• Recognise business needs and maximising these opportunities
• Ensuring daily and weekly targets are adhered to
Key candidate requirements for the Telesales Agent/ Telesales Executive role
As Telesales Agent/ Telesales Executive you will have:
• A degree of Tele Sales experience (preferably within financial industry)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• With a positive & enthusiastic attitude
• Well organised and able to prioritise
• Able to work independently and using your own initiative
• Proven track record in sales
• A polite and friendly manner
• Tough-minded personality with the ability to overcome challenges and
handle rejection
• Be comfortable working in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Must have access to a computer/laptop.
• Must have a good speed internet connection.
The Telesales Consultant will be required to generate leads for the sales team to follow up – these will be cold approaches which you will gain from research.
