Title:Telemarketing Campaign - Home improvement industry

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

We\'re looking for someone to help us with a telemarketing campaign. No cold calling involved!

We are running a UK home-improvement webpage and have a big database of tradesmen who subscribe to our service. Unfortunately, many of them have not completed the registration process and they need to be contacted by phone to get them to complete the registration. At this point, the details we hold on file should be compared and they should also be informed about new features.

There is no cold-calling involved! All of the contact details you\'ll be given are from tradesmen who have actually filled out our registration form but for example haven\'t verified their email yet (which means they can\'t use our service yet). Over the next two weeks, you will be asked to call around 100 Uk tradesmen. The project will be ongoing for some months as we\'d also like follow-up calls to tradesmen who have not signed in for some time as well.

The individual doing this assignment will need to have excellent English speaking skills (preferably a native speak!). You need to be motivated, kind and have relevant experience in telemarketing.

You would first need to get acquainted with our website and our services.

Once we can see results from the calls, we would take your assignments one step further by welcoming you to talk members into upgrading their account (i.e. to sign up for a higher subscription level).

I will need to speak to you in person to verify your English skills and you will need to sign an NDA.

The costs of the phone calls will be covered by us. Since most of the phone calls are made to UK mobile phones it would be very preferrable to your application if you have a mobile phone contract with many inclusive UK minutes to any network (which would obviously work out cheaper for us, too). Please state how you would make the calls (from your mobile, from your landline, etc) and you relevant experience in this field. I guess we would need around 600 minutes per month.

Please start your application with the words \"I have read everything\" so that filter out those who didn\'t bother reading the description. This position will be filled within the next 72 hours!

Dear Henning,

I would be keen to bid for this project. Prior to biding I would like to clarify the brief for this project. Does the potential candidate need to source missing information from a registration form? Please can you provide more information on the industry sector you are in?

Thanks
Regards
Shriti

Hello Henning

I am afraid I was offfered a new marketing contract last thing on Friday to start this week which would mean that I won't be able to take this any further. I am very sorry - I tried to message you directly but can't seem to find a way to do it on this site!

Good luck with the project
Claire
