I'm looking for a flexible, super-organised virtual assistant to do the following:
- Schedule Appointments by telephone (great telephone manner required)
- Move or reschedule Appointments where needed
- Send clients invoices
- Mark off paid invoices and instalments
- Add new clients to Facebook Groups
- Add projects to Basecamp and assign to a member of our team (training provided)
- Check client projects on Basecamp to ensure there is no delay or they don't get forgotten
- Respond to all inbound queries by email or telephone
- Sending client thank you notes
- Ordering client presents
I'm not looking for a fulltime VA or I would appoint a permanent member of staff and I DO require someone who has other clients and with admin experience.
I need someone who is extremely organised, picks things up very quickly, and who is very conscientious. I run an extremely busy business and I need someone who can hit the ground running.
Time is of the essence and often time-critical messages come in, so I would need someone who can respond within an hour or two Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm UK time.
I envisage between 1 and 3 hours work per day depending on incoming messages.
