I am looking for a good website designer that pays attention to detail and is experienced in SEO. The website will succeed or die on the strength of the SEO work. Thus, your reply on the SEO section will be important.

The website will serve a niche in the UK property market for people who want to sell their properties quickly and dont have time to sell in the open market.

I have 2 good examples of what the website should look like. We need to take those two , take the best out of them and come up with a better product than either of those two websites.

Complexity- Very low complexity required. Basic website functions of gathering information. Not many pages required.

THE LOOK

The look - Uncluttered, clean , For the look and tidiness



TECHNICAL

1. Email responders to any email captured
2. Text responder to all mobile number captured.
3. Capture information and put it into a database. Excel would do or other better system.
4. Images. You need to provide these. However, there may only be 2-3 only if that.
5. A blog will be required.I will write articles for the blog. At least once a week . Others will contribute ofcourse. The blog should be set up in a way to help the website achieve quick and fast results.
6. Integrate into Facebook, tweeter & other social websites.
7. SEO. Needs to be integrated and done as you build the site.
8. Need some one who can continue to improve the website.

Based on the above competition, in your opinion how long do you think it would take roughly to achieve high rankings with a good SEO campaign ?. We know it is not an exact science....6-12 Months ? What is your opinion ?

c) Design. The design is already taken care of. What can you bring design-wise to improve the look ?

d) The winner of the bid will need to do a full research on key phrases on the 5 competitors above as well as come up with a set of key phrases. Guidance on key phrases is here below.

e) What is your approach to SEO ? Site architecture ? Design ? Marketing ?

Those two sites I gave you are pretty good. Especially the first one. It is so easy to follow and navigate and is very well optimised. If we can copy it but better it.

2. The business has two sides, buying from sellers, and packaging to buyers.

I will want to package the houses to sell and email buyers the house in question with simple email folders of the propety..

What the other bits meant.

- Database. By database, I mean that all the info captured from people enquiring will need to be collected and organised in a way that the database can be utilised. I.e sent emails to, delete, etc etc....

-Property listings. There are none, correct. It is not an estate agent website. It is a property buying website. Once I have bought enough properties, I can then have a page to showcase the kind of properties we buy to interested investors.

- Packaging for buyers. A simple pdf type document or any other organised way / form of sending out properties would be ideal. Like an email template for example. A pdf email template of sorts / brochure that I can use to email out properties as they come in.
