We are a young and vibrant company with a recently launched social networking website for the over 18s. Currently our efforts on Facebook and Twitter are not creating the amount of buzz we require and are not sending nearly enough people to our own network to sign up for an account.

We are looking for someone with expertise in using the Social Web for marketing who can review our efforts, optimize our profiles and teach us how to send more users from Facebook/Twitter to our website.

Someone with experience of Search Engine Optimization would be a bonus, but is not essential.
