Simple application development with scrum method

i have developed a simple application to calculate calories of patient for a doctor.i m using it as my university assignmnt in software engineering.
i have to do this following scrum methodology. i should also connect and save it to database. the application should be able to connect to any databases.
i need three versions of code. first one connected to my sql database, second one should have design pattern, and third one with refactoring.

i have done most of the coding except database connection.
and applying design patterns.

Job need to be finish by 21st May 2013
