Have you done your own keyword research or is that part of the project too?
Can you provide more information about the website itself and your webhosting? How was your website made? is it a CMS (Content Magagement System)? If so, which one?

You mentioned that your website is due to be launched. Could you please advise if the web-site is brand new or have you revamped an older site?
The reason i ask this is that if the domain is also new then the SEO process could be slowed due to google constraints regarding new domains!
what happens is Google places most new domains into what they call the sand box which is basically used as a holding tank for a probationary period of anything between 1 and 8months. When you then try applying standard SEO techniques they only have a diluted effect, basically the whole process is slowed down. Dependent on who you opt for to carry-out your SEO campaign, if they are to aggressive whilst your in the sand-box then this could have a derogitory effect on the website, basically instead of moving up the rankings, you would spend longer in the sandbox.
Apologies for the long winded details but as a company we care about our clients and want them to enter into any SEO or other business relationship with us fully understanding the facts.
