Job Description

Looking for an SEO specialist to help me get my Wordpress website ranking on Google & other main search engines.

What I need is for my website to be in the top 10 or 5 (or 1st if it can be done) in Google & other main search engines on certain keywords. I am unsure of the best way to go about SEO so I would also need help selecting the right keywords for my website. Not really sure how many keywords I would like to rank on. This would need to be discussed, however, my guess is around 3/4.

The website is within the services industry, mainly online marketing etc.

I am currently working on adding a couple more services to the website. More content can be added to the site, if needed, to help ranking.

Before work would start an agreement would need to be met. Terms such as:

- Keywords would have to be agreed before start (the best keywords for my website, with the best potential for sales etc).
- The freelancer should provide keywords along with what ranking number they feel they can achieve in Google and other search engines. This is target driven. Targets must be met before payment. (As I said, this can be agreed before work starts).

Any general advice about my website and how I could improve it would be appreciated.

Can you increase you budget a bit more because, to get the high position in search engine is not a task to avoid and can't be completed at this budget?

In order to earn more revenue, we have to atleast invest 10% of it

Thanks for your response!

My website is www.forumposterz.com. There are currently 2 services I am offering, however I am looking to expand to over blog commenting, forum reviews, article writing etc.

As I am unsure what the best keywords are to go for, could you have a look through my site, offer some suggestions as to what they possibly could be and if you think you could get me a respectable rank on Google and other search engines.
