Job Description

We are a well established IT support provider based in the heart of Buckinghamshire. We have been serving SMEs since 1997 on a pay-as-you-go basis.

We are launching a new service whereby we provide regular visits to SMEs to resolve all their IT issues in one visit. We are looking to visit each customer on a regular weekly/fortnightly or monthly basis. Our customers would collect all IT issues together to be resolved during each visit. In addition we would perform the duties normally expected of an in house IT staff. In between visits we could also provide telephone support and 24x7 server health monitoring.

As we are a team of IT consultants we have limited sales experience. We are seeking a long term partner that can target the 'right' customers, generate leads, visit the customer (if necessary) and close the sale.

We currently charge £80 per hour and are looking to attract customers that require a minimum 2 hours per week, or 8 hours per month. In addition the telephone support and server monitoring are chargable on a monthly basis (and any other regular services we might think of).

Due to our geographical location, we are able to easily support customers in MK, Bucks, Middlesex and West & Central London.

Remember, this is a long term relationship with no upper limit and with confident sales consultants could generate OTE in excess of £50,000 pa or more.
