Search Engine Optimisation and PPC for Client

I need someone to do SEO for my clients. I have one client in particular who was has nosedived down the rankings since Googles recent updates. I only want ethical SEO. Quality relevant links / article writing etc. Initial job will be to prepare a plan to tackle the current situation for that client. I will be looking provide ongoing work for a wide range of clients. PPC experience is required too.
