Screen Snapper

I need someone to make a similar program to the program screensnpr.com but we want it to be free running from our servers with our adverts on it, as well as setting up a site which we will do linking it to the php side of our website, we know how to do the php code but we need someone with a good knowledge of making the actual programming giving us allowance to input our own ftp info and adverts, we dont want it to be just another print screen program but want users to be able to select any selection of the screen and then for it to upload to our servers, with a link to the download file to send to there friends, we also need to have a header with our sites info on and a link at the bottom for adsense
