Experience Level: Intermediate
We're looking for a Sales Team Trainer to do one day every 8 weeks (possibly more frequently in the future) at one of our locations in Birmingham, Leamington Spa or Leeds in which they will induct and provide sales and product training to new and existing Sales Partners. Our Sales Partners are commission only representatives who either sell our cosmetics direct via our party plan model, or into retailers as wholesale, or generate leads for our party package side of the business.
The Sales Team Trainer will be required to welcome new Sales Partners, induct them into our brand and way of working, and provide motivating and exciting sales training, including tips for increasing sales revenue, how to approach new customers, sales channels and self promotion, closing deals and keeping on top of sales administration. We estimate we'll hold these days once every two months but hope this to increase as our team grows. We may also require the Sales Team Trainer to deliver more specific training days to help existing sales staff improve their performance.
We're interested in those with a sales and training background, with a proven track record in both. Beauty/Cosmetics/Events sales would be of interest also, but is not essential. This position will be required to prepare their own training outline, with the product and customer service/brand protocol provided by us.
