General information for the business: We make mobile computing solutions accessible to small businesses. We do this for service companies involved in maintenance and repair, as well as companies involved in delivery and collection. We do this by combining effective solution components into one easy to access, easy to afford mobile computing solution. As a result our customers benefit from being more streamlined, effective and efficient leading to reduced costs and increased customer satisfaction.

Description of training: Conduct 5-10 initial training courses designed to teach basic sales skills to newly outsourced employees based in the Philippines. Instruction to be provided in English. Instruction to be provided using online meeting tools such as Webex, GotoMeeting, etc. Appropriate upfront training will be given to the trainer to understand the solution being sold, however the trainer will be expected to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the basic sales skills such as qualifying, objection handling, closing, etc.
Extra notes: During and after completion of the sales training sessions, the trainer would be needed to randomly monitor the quality of on-going sales calls and thus identify where further training is required at an individual or group level. The trainer would then recommend appropriate courses of action to management in relation to on-going training and then execute as required by management.
