I own and run a small business with 3 staff and need a person to manage myself in terms of sales, I intend to dedicate 15 hours a week to sales, as my time gets pulled in all directions.
Person must know sales force well as job is setting leads and diary, managing my time, creating reports for servicing, missed opportunities, competition etc. Putting proposals together to get business, forming a strategy. Great written English is essential as I am dyslexic.
My aim is to have a system in place by September, when I can employ a sales person and the winning applicant will manage them.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate previous and relevant experience of managing a sales team, managing / creating the strategy and process.
This role will be ongoing.
