Risk Profile spreadsheet

I am looking for a person who can develop a risk profile spreadsheet where I can ask someone a series of questions and at the end given a % as to whether they will default on payments or are likely to go bankrupt in the future.

We are developing a system for 1st time buyers to get on the property ladder and we need to have a process where we can screen people to see if they are likely to have financial trouble in the future.

I want to use real risk assessment analysis that is used by banks.

So It would be things like no. of credit cards, dependants, loans, mortgage, ccjs defaults, ethnic origin and possible even religion.
