Result data into excel file

Hello,
I would like to have statistical information from a specific website saved in an excel sheet. I would like to have that stat for the past 6 months and I would like that info to be updated with every stat update of the website. This can be done manually, but it will take a long time and for this reason I was wondering whether this process can be automated.

The information will be taken from the racingpost.com result page and it will be saved in an excel file for personal use.

If this can be done, please mention the amount of money needed for the development of this kind of project.
