We will need full functioning website for our logistics business.
1. You will be required to upgrade the current Joomla to the latest version........
2. and modify the current website to the spec listed in the advert.
Our Service - how we want the website to project it
1. Import and Export - description and form solution
2. Freight forwarding - description and form solution
3. Cargo Service - will have a booking functionality, shipping calculation model, track & trace & payment solution
4. Personal Shopping - will have a portal developed and embedded for shoppers to sign up and post their demands and different back end admin shoppers can pick up jobs. A Wallet payment solution is also needed.
5. Procurement - - description and form solution
6. Man & Van portal - linking buyers & sellers together (You need a Man & Van | I offer a Man & Van service)
The website must be very secured, responsive, attractive, easy to use, easy to navigate and very informative. Optimization, Social media embedded, reliable, web-chart functionality, CRM functionality, eCommerce, map with how to use short clip automation. Automate a full shipping system eg 'check dhl, parcel2go website etc'
Interface & Integration of UPS, DHL, TnT and other logistics provider shipping tool into our booking system.
Able to design customize labeling reports, automated booking emails, internal & external confirmation alert.
Set up a database & SQL connection, Compact-able on all browsers, mobile App version. You will have to source & design all graphics and pictures yourselves.
1. Users should be able to get a quick GCL Express cargo quotation, make bookings for world wide cargo shipment from the website and make payment
2. Users should be able to send in request for Dry Bulky Freight Sea & Air - We will then get back to them
3. Users should be able to send in procurement request
4. User should be able to send import & export service request
5. Account portal for both GCL Personal Shopping Consultant to be able to build & manage customer order and GCL Personal Shopping Customers can also build there order, add money into their wallet, able to release money once order has been fully build.
6. User can post Job for man & Van and Man& Van can register to quote.
7. Web-chat & back call functionality
8. User should be able to manage all account
9. linked with all social medias
