Hello
I am delivering a session on e-newsletters for beginners for charity sector workers.
I would like some research done to find some stats to add to my presentation. I am looking for somebody (UK Marketer) that understands marketing to find the stats - as listed below - and put them into a word doc with the source link. I am looking for 2015 stats, or 2014 at a push. If a blog mentions it, then check the source, I have sometimes found blogs quote blogs that quote blogs & nobody has a link to the original source!
1) Stats about engaged customers/charity donors giving more/doing more - I want to demonstrate that they should be aiming for engagement of their audience. Eg "56% of engaged donors are more likely to give to a campaign". Nfp synergy might do something on donors, or try CharityComms, or it might need to be a commercial example, retail or something or the Customer Service Institute?
2) Stats about marketers using email marketing - I think econsultancy might have figs about how marketers still use it as their main comms channel, or the Direct Marketing Association or similar.
3) Recent stats/survey on when to send emails. The email providers will probably have something published. I am talking about Mailchimp in my presentation and have stuff from them but try dotmailer, constant contact & any others.
4) Are there any graphics which show the ideal 'anatomy' of a enewsletter? eg where to put the header image etc
With 1 -3 I am looking for a single stat that can be added to my powerpoint, not lots of text.
If you can help, ideally today or by Sun night at a push, please quote with your hourly rate. I am thinking 2 hours should be enough, but depends what you find.
Thanks
Abby
