Description

Hello and thank you for looking at this job post,

As part of a research document on a leading Belgian personality, we need to research the portraits of four historical people. The task would involve:

- Finding these portraits (certainly more than one, a simple internet search is not sufficient), providing search details and (physical) location

- Providing an email version of each individual portrait (this will not be reproduced, just so we can decide which one we would like to use)

- Enquire and provide reproduction rights for each picture, perhaps even a professional reproduction is available and if so at what cost. Again, the document would be a research piece on a leading Belgian personality, thus the document has no commercial benefit.

The four people are:

- Painting depicting Antonio Anselmo and his family (18th century), consul and judge.

- Portrait of Oliver Cromwell of Hinchinbrook, uncle (elder brother of the father) and godfather to the future Lord Protector of England

- Portrait of Rubens (a lesser known portrait of the artist and if possible in a more family / familiar style)

- Portrait of Fabre d'Eglantine, French poet

IMPORTANT: The emphasis of this job is NOT to provide info on who these people are, but rather location, screen/email shots (which again won't be reproduced but with which we may decide which ones we want to seek reproduction), and reproduction rights for a non-commercial research document. There should be multiple portraits of each person, one or two is not enough.

Many thanks,

Steve
