Record typing

We have about 5000 records for creating directory and need to be entered into a excel sheet for print.
The fields in the spreadsheet are :
Person Name / Telephone Number
Address (City, Post Code) / E-mail
We will providing you a format and you have to enter the data in to that format.
Data is in txt file format and you have to maintain that into excel format.
We have created a format for that. We will providing you that format and you have just maintain that records in to that format according to person name alphabetic sequence.
