Python / Django developer needed for ongoing website build and maitenance

General information for the website: We have a purpose built video platform which we would like to develop further with new functionality and design.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 10+ pages currently for phase 1
Description of every page/module: We are currently in the process of redeveloping our current online video platform. The site allows for user-generated content and our current user-back end control panel needs to be reworked for ease and usability.

We also have content pages which need to be changed to improve its visibility.

We are currently in discussion with a potential new designer so both the developer and designer will work hand-in-hand to improve our platform from now and ongoing.
Description of requirements/features: We require our back-end admin panel to be reworked for phase one but ongoing additional work including:

1 - video stats integration
2 - eCommerce payment system
3 - new modules to improve our video services i.e. potentially a comments widgets, live video streaming etc
