Im looking for someone to make me a website

It will be about 15 pages and will have all the functionality of www.networkpropertybuyers.co.uk including the form. The form on the site mentioned sends you each page separately as the person press\'s \"next\". I want to then be able to capture the lead as one lead and store it automatically on www.zoho.com (CRM) I want to also set up auto responders if a person did not fill out the firm completely then they will get a message to say if you want sell you house kindly complete the form. Then the person can click a botton on the email and it will take them to the unfinished form.

I need the site to be SEO compatible.

I will provide the text. and colour layout.
