D. S. on 10/02/2010 09:04Hello I can see no indication of how long you perceive the job to take and how many properties are part of the project
L. J. on 10/02/2010 10:20Hi Matt
I am very interested in the project and I am based in Derby and work alongside a local builder forming a team with considerable experience and expertise but would obviously require further clarification as to the extent of work required in order to make a serious bid.
Kind regards,
Les
R. K. on 10/02/2010 11:48I am very interested. However, I am unsure as to what service you are looking for exactly. I can do the following;
Estimating
Quantity Surveying
Development Appraisal
Valuation of building work for funding purposes
Project Management - Start to finish
etc.
I have 15+ years experience in construction.
Please let me have your exact requirements to enable me to work out a fee.
Regards
M. W. on 10/02/2010 17:19apologies folks, i can now see how my ad isnt very clear, and the following will answer some questions and make my requirements clearer. i am unexperienced in civil engineering, but have built two semi detached properties next to a house i own. i havent found it particularly difficult but am not doing it anywhere near quick enough. i didnt have a qualified experienced architect although he allowed and encouraged me to believe he was. this has intern caused its own problems, but the pair of dwellings that are presently there have electric and gas and are now plastered, being painted, but they are now at the final and probably most critical stage.the finish. this particular development needs someone who is either hands on and is experienced and can actually fit bathroom, tile, kithens etc, or is competent in project management and can call upon the necessary trades and police the work. the groundworks around the development also need doing and are presently 1-2 feet below finished level. this will hopefully finish this development and my intentions are to fire straight up into another and get it right from the beginning this time. if you are not the right person for this job after reading but know someone who migh be then there contact details welcome.
i think this development requires person/persons to enter the site, evaluate its requirements and make progress accordingly,
kind regards
matt wood
