Hello,

We are ideally looking for a team to quickly (one week) build a website using PHP and SQL with on the front end JQuery, CSS3, simple photoshop graphics etc:

- Visitors can create accounts to select from items (organized in categories) which items they enjoy, like or dislike. This selection will lead to a generation of random 3 or 4 item package that will be sent to them on the day(s) of the week they also choose.

Required capabilities of the website
- Accepting Credit Card payments compatible with chosen payment processor (Chase Paymentech or other API). From Admit panel we need to be able to "charge" payments that are due each week or on specific days without members having to confirm payment or re-enter any details IE this is subscription based but the terms of the subscription itself can be amended by the member
- Bilingual option - English and French - (flag at top of page and "language preference" option at member sign up) - we need to be able to edit text for menu's etc and when inputting descriptions/names of items in the admin section in both languages. Admin section in english only
-- Very simple and streamlined usage for members (idea is simple and features should be fairly limited)
- Can be linked to referring people through Facebook
- Sign up process for members should be very quick including credit card verification (payments not made when members join but need to be able to confirm identity with credit card details before account is accepted)
- Footer menu at bottom of page where we can create text pages from admin section

Admin section to:
- Edit description/photo of each item
- View report for any given day what selections members have made and what is due given the weekdays that have been chosen by all members, using a prescribed shipping schedule (IE 3 days for loaction X, 5 days for location Y - this website will be limited to one country)
- We will provide more in depth details and examples of websites which have very similar features

You/your team needs to be able to give us daily updates on progress and we need to be able to test it within a week to come back with comments/concerns.
Your team does not have to be in the UK but they need to be fluent in English and very well organized.

So you want expert development a team available at the drop of a hat, credit card payment integration, bilingual facility, bespoke content management system and full member interaction facilty.

By 'a team' I assume you mean more than two people working full tilt for 6 days. That works out at less than £7 per hour for senior level developers/ coders/ designers on rush rates. Through and agency they would expect to earn 10x times that amount.

If you find that team I suggest you use them very quickly because they will go bust in no time.

You will gather from this missive that I am saying your budget is surely a joke.
