Professional website design and customer engegement strategy on Zenfolio

General information for the website: I am a busy Event Photographer, this is my portfolio and ecommerce site for clients to browse and purchase photos
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: Approx 12
Description of every page/module: No particularly unusual requirements for the site pages, the normal home page, about, contact, blog, landing page for people to browse and buy photos from events (all functionality built into Zenfolio), then various specialities such as Weddings, Events, Sailing, Corporate etc.
Description of requirements/features: The main point is this will be built on the Zenfolio website. Zenfolio is designed specifically for photographers to do exactly what I want to achieve. There are extensive templates and customisation available, with significant additions in Jan this year. Many photogrpahers seem to have set their site up in less than a day, although with some questionable design features. I would probably expect a custom background be designed for the site. I am technically savvy but not a designer and I don't have the time to learn all the new features, create a great design and get the best out of it technically. I am looking for someone who has a flair for design, can understand my business (not difficult) and can get the best out of the tools and limitations within Zenfolio. Once set up I can maintain and continue to develop it no problem.
Extra notes: You will have good feedback on PPH and a relevant portfolio. You will be a good communicator.

Zenfolio is one of the largest such sites in the world. You will ideally already know Zenfolio and the recent updates, or alternately you will be willing to invest the time required to learn it on the basis that there will be lots more opportunities available for similar jobs. I have the top account (Business Premium).

An additional factor: I often do events photographing 200-500 teenagers. They, their parents and organisers are without fail delighted with the photos, but I seldom get follow up jobs from them. I need a strategy to encourage engagement with the children and their parents in the longterm, so they and their friends think of me next time they need a photographer. Social media is part of this but I need more than that and have more ideas. The best person to help with this part might be different from the one who builds the web site, so I might post another job requirement for this and if you don't want to cover this part that is fine.
