Description of support work: Over the years I have a posted hundreds of freelance jobs for tasks I have need completed. Some have been one-off task, some more with a long-term view.
It's frustrating to spend a great deal of my time sorting and responding to job postings. The greatest challenge is that freelancers often disappear aswell or become unavailable. I'm looking to work with a professional recruiter that can assist in plugging these holes by finding high-calibre remote workers/freelancers who can work ad-hoc and more permanently.
I'm currently looking to build a core team around a start-up and I'm so busy that the need for a recruiter is paramount. I need assistance with filling the following roles at various intervals over the next 12 months and require someone available ad-hoc to manage the process from end-to-end as well as assist with developing a better recruitment process:

3. Telemarketers/Business develop
4. Community manager/social media
5. Full stack software developer
6. UX Website designer
7. Assistants (operational)
8. Software project manager (technology officer)
9. Online marketer/growth hacker

12. Business Analyst (software)
13. Market researcher assistant.
14. Journalist
15. PR professional
16. Translators
17. Project managers
18. Customer service reps
