Job Description

I need creation of a page on my website that allows clients to leave future dated messages.
(\"hotmail-like design\" OR better,Open to good layout suggestions)
This page should allow the client to write as well as upload a message via an attachment.
The page layout should compose of:
- name: (of recipient)
- contact (e-mail address of recipient)
- Subject (of the message)
- option for uploading an attachment
- upload video
- date message has to be delivered (ddmmyyyy OR otherwise)
- content (portion where a message will be written).
-submit button
- once submitted the pre-dated message should be transferred to a messages only file.This file
already exists on my website.However the messages only file will need configuring to ensure
that message left here can be edited or deleted.This will include the downloaded video.
Note that I already have a cron job file on my database.Thus you can use this cron job file and
configure it to do the above OR you may bring your own cron/other file to use to achieve the
above goals.
There will be a need to configure and change the functions of an existing page on my site and make
it do the above.By this I mean I have a file on my site that I want erasing in favour of
replacing it with the above mentioned request.
NB : This job is needed urgently and quickly.If you can\'t start immediately after being
chosen as a winning bidder,then do not bid.

Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
