Title:PR Professional needs sales force!
Location:Anywhere
Job Description
Our company has been helping small businesses, mainly in Staffordshire, for almost six years. We specialise in traditional and online PR, taking advantage of our media contacts and blogs & social networking sites.
To take the business to the next level we need five freelance sales people to come on board. Initially this would be on commission-only but could become permanent positions if both parties were happy with progress.
Specifically, we need help selling: places on PR/social media workshops, places on our new PR coaching programme, and extended PR campaigns (of at least 3months).
Please supply details of work you have done in this sector, if possible. Experience is desirable but not the be-all and end-all.
Also suggest what percentage commission you would expect if your application was successful.
I want to have the sales team in place before the end of the year so get your applications in asap!

M. C. on 09/12/2009 15:43Do you have a website, what is the location.
Presumably you have enough manpower to handle work from 5 sales agents.
I believe a fair rate would be 30% commission

R. S. on 10/12/2009 15:19Hi Malcolm,
Yes we have the manpower.
Our location is Stoke-on-Trent but we are able to help companies anywhere in the UK, so we're looking further afield for business.
Search for Richard Swancott Associates on Google and you will find our website (not allowed to post the link on here).
Regards,
Richard
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
