Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hi All,
I am working on trying to scale a new staffing firm / brand (www.mavenalpha.com). Initially the focus is on placing software engineers, data scientists and quants in a relatively niche area of the financial industry. The aim is to move into other niche verticals industries in time, but placing the same candidate pool. The market we work in now and any future markets are going to be candidate driven.
There are a number of challenges to me being successful. One of the most important, is finding the optimal channels, methods and processes to attracting these high quality niche candidates consistently and in sufficient numbers. Within that, I want to explore if and how PPC / internet marketing / growth hacking may play a role. Based on competitor analysis, my instinct is that it should play the central role in building and scaling this business. I need to get to a place where I can see that X spend on PPC/internet marketing is equal to X placement revenue.
I am looking for a PPC / internet marketing / growth hacking guru who can help me work through this. Someone who has deep successful experience in PPC / Internet marketing for Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. Someone who can think outside of the norm and really crack this with me. Someone who has an expertise specific to the recruitment industry and in candidate attraction would be ideal.
If you think this would be interesting for you and have what what it takes, please do get in touch for a discussion.
