I am looking for a complete poker software solution. In a brief the specifications are the following:
1. Variants: Texas Hold'em poker and Omaha Poker
2. Two types of client: Downloadable client and web client. The clients must have ability to resize the window size for players conveniency. It must also support the ablility to play at least in 4 concurrent tables from the same pc.
3. The players must be able to choose their evatar (or upload it), or event better one character (at least 16 should be designed) from a list within the client.
4. The players must be able to play with \"virtual\" money (play for fun) and with real money.
5. The client/server must support English and have the ability to add as many languages as requested (fully Multilingual support)
6. The client must support chat between the players.
7. The client must have an Internet connection quality level (eg. 6 levels) depending on the connection quality with the server (latency).
8. The software package must fully support Poker Tournaments (e.g sit&go)
9. The client must be able to provide to the player detailed statistics regarding the played hands.
10. The server must be able to support at least 10.000 concurrent clients.
11. The whole system must have a complete financial report back end with detailed reports regarding each players money flow, revenue report, operation report within a specific period (daily, monthly, custom), tournament report etc.
12. The system must have integration with major payment solutions like credit cards, paypal, neteller, bank wire transfer, paysafe.
In order to participate in this project, a company or individual must have proven previous experience. Thank you for your time.
