Php mysql programmer web development

We have a fairly large adult theme website with profile building and searchable content, the site is all designed and is at the stage it needs all the form data php, and database setting up, we are currently on servage.net, and the site is accessible on there.
we are looking for someone competent in this field who can also maybe add some valued changes, this position has potential for continual work in maintaining and developing the site further.
