Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have an old damaged photo that needs to be restored.
Here's the link to the photo download:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/oxdka51035drahx/Scan10002.TIF
(TIFF 350MB)
A reduced quality JPG is attached.
Most of the damages are obvious:
The upper part - the picture was stuck to a glass. Had to be scanned with it
Some scratches at the upper part.
The stain on the cushion. - The pattern of the cushion needs to be drawn according to the rest of the pattern.
The yellow stain on the hand of the grandfather.
The dirt particles all over the picture - mostly on the left and lower part.
There's a barely noticeable part of a collor change over the hand of the grandmother. There's little area that actually remained the original color. (the area that wasn't glued to the glass) The less bluish collor of the skin is the original one.
In general I don't want any "improving" filters/effects to be applied to the whole picture. I'd like it to be as close to the original as possible.
Only fix the damages and the dirt particles locally.
