Personal / virtual assistant with experience in Wordpress, Infusionsoft & social media

Your role will be to support an owner of small business to assist in administrative tasks. These will include working with:

Wordpress:

Adding pages
Adding content
Uploading images
Adding testimonials (provided from written scanned image)
Updating blog with testimonails / latest news / articles

Social media
(Twitter / Facebook / YouTube channel):

Uploadng lastest video testimonials
Communicating latest news and offers

Infusionsoft:

Sending broadcasted monthly newsletters to segmented tags
Design and formatting of emails
Creating webforms and uploading them to wordpress

General admin:

General writing and sales copy

Writing up meeting notes

Basic graphic design where necessary

Data entry

Transcribing audio from testimonial videos

Evernote & Dropbox:

We will be working from shared notes with Evernote to keep track of work and tasks so we are always up to date. So having the program will be important (a free download is avaliable).

We will also be sharing work via Dropbox so files can be passed easily and referenced as we move forward.
