Key responsibilities include:
Handle all social media channels for PeoplePerHour, driving growth and engagement:
o Facebook page with 40,000 followers
o Twitter page with 11,000 followers
o Pinterest with 406 followers
o LinkedIn page, with 1,505 followers
o LinkedIn group, with 3,326 members
o Google plus page with 1147 followers and in 801 circles
o Content marketing: produce engaging content across all assets to drive engagement and manage the PPH Blog
o Producing weekly reports on KPIs
Your target will be to drive traffic from social media, increase social engagement and raise brand awareness.
KPIs for weekly reporting:
• Growth of social following, concentrating on Twitter and Facebook
• Engagement metric: how much people engage with us on these platforms
• Influencer metric from Traackr
• PPH Blog traffic
Key skills and experience:
• Passionate about community
• Goal orientated and persistent
• Analytical and target-driven
• Creative, has an eye for design, and enjoys writing
• Experience in content and social media marketing, community management
