Description of support work: We require support part time in our very busy, rapidly growing, high end interior design consultancy currently working on Super prime residential projects with UK and internationally
The company is based in Wimbledon and the person will need to come to the studio daily.
(Approx 25 hours per week - 5 days per week part time)
The role is to take administrative pressures away from the director and the team in order for them to concentrate on the design.
The role is primarily focused on facilitating the smooth running of the office, answering the telephone, diary and travel management, organising stationary, sorting samples, ensuring invoices are filed, vat invoiceS requested, placing orders and checking and labelling orders received, managing time sheets and holidays forms, property management: ensuring bills are paid and ensure that repairs are been executed. There is an emphasis on attention to detail and high efficiency in this role.
We are looking for an organised, passionate administrator. This role will suit someone with a proactive approach and you should be able to act with confidence, be highly proficient and be able to multi task producing results to the highest level of detail Excellent IT skills required.
Must have previous PA experience
