Office Supplies Webiste

I would like a website produced for my office supplies business.

I like the following site: http://www.easycrane.co.uk and would like something very similar for my business

It should be able to accept payments via paypal and also credit card.

I should be able to upload, download a product file from the website (office supplies websites usually contain around 20,000 products)

I do not require hosting or a domain name, just a quote for the design/build of this site.

Not sure if this helps but having spoken to a friend he seems to think this website is made using zenCart or openCart
