Off page SEO work

We have a site in our portfolio that we have done the onsite SEO work for, however due to work load we don't have the time to carryout off page SEO work.

We have started to submit the site to directories etc using only white hat techniques however we need someone to spend time each month carrying this out on our behalf.

WE are looking for someone to spend a day a month on the site. THe site currently only has 39 inbound backlinks, we would like to see this in the hundreads after the first month.

We acpect only white hat techniques to be used, any sign of black hat techniques and the contract will be null and void.
