Description

I want to design a photo diary site where people can have a diary and post their favorite photos to it with descriptions. Kind of like a regular diary site, but more as a photo album diary. I need it to be a membership type setup where they can login to their diary and it is 100% private.
I do not have a big budget. So please go easy on me. :-)

    Thank you for your interest. it will be a free membership site. I'm not sure of my budget yet because I've been known to spend more if I really like someones work. I basically want a nice looking site similar to a normal diary type site where people can sign up and keep an on-line diary (their choice to make it private or public or just shre with friends). The only twist is that they can add photos and descriptions to their diary so it will be like a private photo album of sorts. Not that I'm nosey or anything. But I would want the admin to have full access to every aspect of the site. I would like a page that the public can access with a list of ONLY the public diaries if someone chooses to make theirs public. I would really like a diary like Penzu has, but similar would be great.
