I have a current issue with 3cx where I have to forward customers originating calls to my out of hours support engineers.
Have a queue which gets forwarded to an extension which is then set to forward to a mobile every after normal hours.
My challenge is I have failed to present the originating number to my out of hours engineers who need to see it as opposed to my pbx number.
I am running the latest version of 3cx (version 12) and have the latest updates installed.
3CX and Patton seem to think the issue is with my service provider who is restricting the number presented to the mobile.
I have been onto them and they seem to think I require a customer controlled call forward feature which I am doubtful about.
Can you help and is this something you may have come accross?
