We need some Twilio development:
We're a company based in the UK that is involved in Claims Management.
We've had a portal built in PHP that's essentially our system. Call centres etc. will have a website that they can visit, log-in to and submit cases whilst they are on the telephone to a client.
Our backend then creates documents on the fly and we send out.
We then keep the case updated so the call centre manager can log-in to see how cases are progressing as they get paid on the back end. The portal uses SQL as far as I know.
We need to have an action in Twilio whereby someone calls our number, presses 1 to lookup the status of the claim, and 2 to leave a voicemail message that will be transcribed using Twilio's features and will be emailed to us.
Pressing 1, for the lookup, they will be asked to enter a claim reference number and then a password (a 4 digit number that has been assigned to them by the portal and which we tell them about in a letter). It should look these up in the SQL database and, if correct, tell them the status of the claim using text-to-speach. Should more information be required from the client (evident from the status), then it should further allow the client to leave a message which will be transcribed and sent to us via email (but with details of the case reference number and password given so that we may know what it relates to.
We also need the ability for the clients to text (SMS) us with a reference number and password and for the claim status to be text (SMS) back to them.
Hope that provides a little of what's required. The portal is built and it's just a case of tying Twilio's functions into it. I have dabbled and have bought the "Twilio Cookbook: 2nd Edition" by "Roger Stringer" but feel things would be done more quickly with a developer (who I have no issues with them using the code out of the book as a starter if needed - but I'm sure won't be).
Budget ballpark £500-£1000 or less hopefully. There will be more work available thereafter to the same developer as we need alterations to our Twilio system and PHP-based portal.
